In the state of Texas, Physical Therapy cannot be practiced without a doctor's prescription. Contact the clinic for assistance with your doctor referral.

The First Appointment

• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
  
• Average first appointment lasts 1.5 hours. Subsequent appointments vary from 30-60 minutes.
  
  

• Comfortable clothing (t-shirt, shorts, sweats)
  
• Exercise shoes
  
  

• The clinic files the patient's insurance claims.
  
• The patient's co-pay is due at the time of the visit, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  
• The clinic accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
