Grapevine Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is dedicated to:

Clinic Qualifications
Grapevine Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine meets all state and local regulations and is registered by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. 

The clinic is handicapped accessible and is the only Medicare Certified private practice physical therapy clinic in the area. 

The Facility

Grapevine Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a 2100 sq. ft. facility with comfortable, quiet, private treatment rooms, large mat treatment tables, and an exercise area equipped with a stationary cycle, treadmill, Total Gym, free weights, mini-trampoline, parallel bars, gymnastic balls, as well as other functional exercise equipment.
